Maintenance & Care

These products are quite easy to maintain. Brush or vacuum them, regularly. They can also be cleaned by a professional laundromat or you can do it yourself, at home. In this case, bear in mind these steps: if stained you should clean it immediately, using a wet sponge and soap. Avoid the stain sinking deep into the felt. After that, just squeeze the item, without twisting it. Let it dry on a flat surface, flattening the piece into shape with your hands, avoiding direct sunlight. Once it has dried, finish by ironing, placing a piece of cotton cloth between the iron and the piece.

This product is guaranteed for a period of 3 years. It includes problems concerned with the production or material faults. During this time we will repair or replace the product. The warranty excludes all damages caused by improper usage, negligence or natural wearing out of the product.

How big should a hand-woven rug be?
