How to order online on DAM Shop?

1. Find a product you want to order by selecting it (select color and quantity) and click “add to cart”.

2. If you want to select other products, continue shopping; otherwise, click “Cart” on the top right corner and confirm the products and the quantities of your order.

3. If you have any coupons or a promotional code, validate this option. Then click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill in your details; name, shipping address etc.

4. Select the payment method and enter your card information, read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click on the “Place order” button.

5. At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email and when we have accepted your order. As our products are made to order, we will be withdrawn immediately to begin the production. If your credit card is not authorized, your order will not be processed further.

Do I need to create an account to place an order online?

No. You can order as a guest.

Yes. You can change your personal information at any time.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

The products shown in the online catalog are made to order, so there is no stock. In case any item is unavailable, DAM will inform the Customer and refund the money.

Occasionally, DAM gives coupons or promotional codes. To take advantage of this, the customer must enter the code when proceeding to checkout.

Can I access my invoice?

Yes, the invoice will be sent to the email address provided and with the order too.

Can I change my order?

At DAM, all our furniture is made to order, so if you’ve changed your mind, please contact our team as soon as possible to and we’ll do our best to help you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been in production because our products are made to order. Please contact our team as soon as possible to If payment has been received, you can’t cancel the order.

Do our prices include VAT/Tax?

The prices listed on this webshop are in Euros inclusive of Portuguese VAT at a rate of 23%. Orders placed directly through DAM will be charged at this VAT rate.

DAM Shop accepts payment by bank transfer, paypal and credit card (Visa, American Express and Mastercard).

You can receive your order at any address you select (home, workplace, etc.). Please note only PO Boxes will not be accepted.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping costs depend on the delivery country. The delivery method is determined based on the size and weight of the items in your cart when proceeding the order.

Can I change the delivery date or delivery address?

Yes. If you have moved an address since you placed your order, you can contact us to and we can change it. However, this does not apply if the order has already been shipped.

How will I know each day exactly I will receive my order?

As soon as we dispatch your order, you’ll receive a track & trace number by email, which you can click on and then follow your order and check the estimated day of delivery. Then, on the day of delivery, the driver will call you approximately 30 to 60 minutes before arrival to your home. Unfortunately, we can’t be more precise, as our skilled carriers deliver many orders in one day, and traffic, red lights and other unpredictable factors can all affect your final delivery time. Please note that if our delivery service is unable to make the delivery upon arrival, you will be charged for a new delivery.

Yes. You need to formalize your request by sending an email to with the subject “Order reshipping”. The information should indicate your order number and the order address. The reshipping implies new delivery charges.

How to proceed when receiving my order?

When you receive your new product, it is important to check that the right products have been delivered and that there is no visible damage to the packaging or the product. If the packaging is damaged or has any other visible signs of defect, you should only sign for receipt on the delivery note, with reservations for any damage to the contents, or refuse to accept the items and instruct the driver to take them back again.

What are the situations included in the warranty?

At DAM, we know that quality materials combined with real craftsmanship means quality furniture that lasts. Anyway, all DAM products are guaranteed for a period of 3 years. It includes problems concerned with production or material faults. During this time we will repair or replace the products. The warranty excludes all damages caused by improper usage, negligence or natural wearing out of the product.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

All products are carefully packed up and inspected prior to shipment. But if a product turns out to be damaged or defective after being unpacked, please contact our team who will help to find a solution. Please send us an email to with details and pictures no later than 48 hours after receipt. The solution will be decided from case to case.

How long is the response time of a claim?

We are working hard and always strive to answer you as soon as possible. We try to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

How can I return a piece of furniture?

So, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for made-to-order items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured, your item will be expertly crafted from the finest materials just for you. No returns will be accepted without written consent from DAM. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the client’s expense.
