Due to the handmade production in small series, some of the VICARA products may have some slight discrepancies in shape or material texture. This is what makes the handmade pieces special and unique. DAM and VICARA cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies, because this is not be considered a defect. Please also note that “craquelê” – small cracking formed on the superficial layer of the finishing – could naturally happen as a result of ageing. This is also not considered a defect.

Microwave Resistance: this product can go to the microwave for heating; always use a handle or glove when removing earthenware from the microwave. Dishwasher Resistance: this product can go to the dishwasher; avoid its permanence in the machine after the washing program is completed (avoid the attack of the surface by the generated vapours). Conventional Oven Resistance: use advised against. Thermal Shock Resistance: avoid placing hot parts in cold places or in contact with cold water; avoid the freezer.

This product has a 3 year warranty. Includes production-related issues or material failures. During that time, we will repair or replace the product. The guarantee excludes all damage caused by misuse, negligence or natural wear and tear of the product.
