DAM and VICARA cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies, because this is not be considered a defect. Please also note that “craquelê” – small cracking formed on the superficial layer of the finishing – could naturally happen as a result of ageing. This is also not considered a defect.

Maintenance and care

Microwave resistance: this product can be microwaved for heating; always use a handle or glove when removing dishes from the microwave. Dishwasher safe: this product is dishwasher safe; avoid leaving it in the machine after the washing program has ended (avoid attacking the surface by the vapors generated). Conventional Oven Resistor: use not recommended. Thermal Shock Resistance: avoid placing hot parts in cold places or in contact with cold water; avoid the freezer.
