Due to the handmade production in small series, some of the VICARA products may have some slight discrepancies in shape or material texture. This is what makes the handmade pieces special and unique. DAM and VICARA cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies, because this is not be considered a defect. Please also note that “craquelê” – small cracking formed on the superficial layer of the finishing – could naturally happen as a result of ageing. This is also not considered a defect.

Dishwasher safe: this product is dishwasher safe; avoid remaining in the machine after the washing program is completed (avoid attacking the surface by the generated vapors). Thermal Shock Resistance: avoid placing hot items in cold places or in contact with cold water; avoid the freezer.
